It is possible to cancel your order if you have made a mistake, there was a glitch in our website or if the order you made was incorrect. In these circumstances we would recommend that you get in contact with us within the first 30 minutes of your order so that we can go through the cancellation procedures because we provide speedy services and will not be able to refund or cancel your purchase once we have processed your order.
On request, we will send out invoices to people if requested but this is only done through Paypal. If you are in need of an invoice feel free to contact us and our team would be happy to help where an email will be sent out.
Return and Exchange Policy
We are proud to offer an extremely strict exchange policy in specific circumstances where the hair has not been worn opened and tampered with or else an exchange will not be permitted. Hairfromus’ extensions are hygiene sensitive and as a result of that unfortunately we do not accept returns. Customers are responsible for return costs and we recommend you send it off with a tracking number, as we are not at fault for lost returns. We do not under any circumstances offer refunds if a package has been delayed due to royal mail. Once we have received the item we will thoroughly check the item and get back to you with an email of our conclusion to the outcome.

As we are a London based company we tend to reward our customers with free shipping once in a while. However, our standard shipping rate is £4.50 and that is a first classed signed service with Royal Mail, the delivery takes a total of 3-5 days depending on the day the order was proceeded but we will keep you updated and the customer will receive a confirmation email when placing an order as well as an additional email with a tracking number when it has been sent out. This applies to international orders as well but out shipping fee is £15 to all counties worldwide and it takes a total of 7-10 days for you to receive your package.
