Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no refund policy.
We take pride in our products and services provided to all customers, however I’m an unlikely case whereby your order was incorrect or damaged we would be more than happy to exchange the item for you, please send an email to Info@hairfromus.com and someone from the team will get back to you.
This would have to be done within the first 24 hours of receiving the item including attachments of clear photo evidence of the damage on item. Once you have received a response, you have a 24 hour window to send an email back to us with the tracking number of return. Return fees are not covered. We would recommend you send the item back signed or tracked for safety purposes.
In a circumstance where a refund has been approved your payment will be refunded back to your original payment gateway within 7-10 days.
In all circumstances the Hair From Us team will never share your information out of our professional setting with anyone whom does not concern the progress of your order as we greatly honor our customers privacy. Your personal data is only used to benefit you and the services we can provide you, with that said, your information is not stored after we have fulfilled your order or enquiry but if you have any concerns please feel free to email us on email@example.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
